Cancellation, payment & no-show policy
One policy for every booking, at every location — exactly as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Up to 24 hours before check-in
After that, cancellation stays free up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in.
Less than 24 hours before check-in
The percentage shown at your checkout may be retained — up to the full booking amount.
No-shows
If you neither arrive nor cancel, the full booking fee is forfeited.
Changes
Dates and licence plate can be changed via My booking, subject to availability and fare differences.
Payment
Payment is taken when you book — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Twint or Klarna. The price at checkout is final and includes VAT. A failed payment cancels the booking automatically.
