A subscription is a block of prepaid parking days at a fixed price, billed monthly or yearly. The plans above are live — the current allowances and prices are always shown there, so what you see is what you get.
All subscription plans have a 12-month minimum term. You can request cancellation at any time; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period or at the end of the 12-month minimum term, whichever is later. After the first 12 months, your plan can be cancelled monthly.
Exactly like any booking: drive up and the barrier opens via licence plate recognition, or call the gate line from your registered number. Parking days are drawn from your plan's allowance, and you can follow your usage in My booking.
Yes — they stack. A subscription is prepaid parking days; Rewards is an automatic loyalty discount applied at checkout on every booking you pay for. You don't have to choose between them.
