How the window works
Your entry gate is active around your check-in time and your exit gate around your check-out time — 3 hours before to 3 hours after each. Outside those windows the barrier won't react to your plate or call.

Pick your location and dates and book in under a minute. Payment is taken at booking — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Twint or Klarna — and confirmation is instant.
Check your inbox
A confirmation email arrives within 2 minutes with your booking reference (it starts with P4-). Arrival instructions follow shortly after — including the gate-access phone number.
Arrive & drive in
Drive to the facility. The cameras read your number plate and the barrier opens — or call the gate number from the phone number on your booking. Park in the signed P4RK area.
Return & exit
Take the tram, bus or short walk back from the terminal, drive to the exit, and the barrier recognises you the same way you came in.
Gate access windows
Gate access works from 3 hours before your check-in time until 3 hours after your check-out time.
Late arrival & flight delays
If your return flight is delayed, your parking spot stays secured — no action needed. Going to reach the gate more than 3 hours early or late? Call us on +41 44 688 01 02 (24/7) and we'll help at the barrier.

Licence plate recognition
Cameras read your plate as you approach and the barrier opens automatically — completely contactless. The primary method at Basel and Geneva.
Phone call
Call the gate line from the phone number on your booking — the system verifies you and opens the barrier. The primary method at Zurich: +41 44 688 01 02. No smartphone or internet needed.
My booking (portal)
Open your booking in any browser to trigger the gate remotely — and to extend, change details or download receipts. No app required.

Vehicles, changes, receipts and everything in between.
Each booking covers one vehicle: the one named on the booking. Standard spaces fit cars, smaller SUVs and motorcycles; vans, large SUVs and oversized vehicles need an XXL space (adds CHF 5/day, selectable at booking). Keep your plate accurate — access is granted on the data in your booking.
A standard booking covers one entry around your check-in and one exit around your check-out. If you need to drive in and out during your stay, add the Multi-Exit Pass (CHF 5/day) to your booking for unlimited re-entry.
Open your booking, choose "Extend", pick the new check-out and confirm. You see the exact price before confirming, charges are pro-rated, and the gate recognises your plate or phone for the new period automatically.
Yes — dates and licence plate can be changed via My booking, subject to availability and fare differences.
Free within 24 hours of booking, and free up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Within the last 24 hours the percentage shown at your checkout may be retained, and no-shows forfeit the full fee. Full details: cancellation & payment policy.
Receipts and invoices are available per booking, directly on that booking's page in the portal, once payment is made.
No. Booking, gate access, extending and receipts all work from the browser — and entry works via licence plate recognition or a phone call, with no downloads at all.
